My practice is truly bespoke in that it is “made specially, according to the needs of an individual.” I strongly believe in the value of detail-oriented, intentional mental healthcare that attends to a patient’s unique, individual makeup. This humanistic conscientiousness is integral to how I work collaboratively with my patients so they may live happier and healthier lives.
I provide attentive, individualized care, whether providing psychotherapy and/or medication management. I appreciate the opportunity to work with patients longitudinally, while also offering comprehensive evaluations for second opinions and/or diagnostic clarity.
My style is warm, thoughtful, and curious. I aim to provide a space that is conducive to growth, rooted in psychodynamics, and that is both thoroughly sensitive and appropriately challenging. For children and adults alike, I am a passionate clinician with a keen understanding of the collective impact of developmental psychology, neurobiology, and family systems on an individual.
I care deeply about the well-being of my patients and am deliberate in integrating my medical knowledge and psychotherapeutic techniques for their long-term benefit. While the challenges of life are many, I am committed to maintaining a sense of realistic optimism for patients that speaks to maximizing functionality, a deeper sense of self, and a better quality of life.
